Our gallery displays and sells high-quality handmade Japanese crafts including ceramics, lacquerware, glass, textile, bamboo, wood-work and other lifestyle products. Gallery Executive(Full Time)

WORKING DAYS / HOURS

・5-day work week (Including Saturday)
・11.00am to 7:00pm (5 days work week on roster system)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

・Working closely with the local and overseas team
・Facilitating and supporting the general operations of the gallery and retail stores
・Dealing with customers’ queries
・Stock taking and restocking inventory
・Upkeeping of the gallery and stores
・Data entries and generating sales reports
・Performing any other related ad-hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS

・Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts and related discipline.
・Singaporean or PR applicants only.
・Interested in Japanese culture and Arts & Crafts work.
・Proficient in Mandarin & English languages, knowledge of Japanese- language will be an advantage.
・Experience in retail and customer service.
・MS Office skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
・People orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Millenia Walk

Retail Supervisor(Full Time)

Job Highlights:

・Five-day work week.
・Working Hours: 10:45AM to 8:15PM (including weekend and public holiday).
・Good exposure to Japanese arts/crafts.

Job Responsibilities:

・Manage daily store operations and all sales activities in store.
・Deliver quality sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
・Acquire good product knowledge to serve customers’ needs.
・Conduct inventory of products.
・Receive and check incoming stocks.
・Prepare and maintain sales reports.
・Manage staff rosters and scheduling.
・Input and manage product and sales data.

Requirements

・2 or 3 days per week (Rotating weekend shift)
・8 to 9 hours per day (Including 1 hour paid break)

REQUIREMENTS

・Interested in Japan culture and Japan made hand-crafted products
・Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
・Bilingual in spoken Chinese and English
・Prior retail experience
・Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain a client base
・Detail-oriented and able to keep the display counter clean and tidy
・Able to perform ad-hoc retail duties as needed
