Retail Assistant(Full Time)

Job Responsibilities:

– Be reliable and responsible for day to day operations
– Display strong product knowledge and good customer service
– Monitor merchandise movement and liaising with Japan office for placing
orders.
– In charge of inventory control and handling of stock take preparation
– Act as key person for store opening and closing
– Ensure overall cleanliness of the retail store
– Carry out any other retail duties as per management direction

Requirements:

– 2 years experiences in a sales position in retail, premium brand preferred
– Proficiency in Chinese and English language
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver
sales floor
– Excellent client service and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Willingness to with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the
business, including weekends and public holidays

– Stock take.
– Receive and check incoming stocks.
