Our gallery displays and sells high-quality handmade Japanese crafts including ceramics, lacquerware, glass, textile, bamboo, wood-work and other lifestyle products. Gallery Executive(Full Time)

Job Highlights:

· Five-day work week.
· Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM (5 days work week including Saturday).

Job Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the internal teams and colleagues from our Japan office.
· Facilitating and supporting the general operations of the gallery.
· Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to build a client base.
· Handling emails and other enquiries on social media platforms.
· Supporting e-commerce related activities.
· Supporting all Takashimaya sales related work and conducting regular checks to collect feedback in order to stay up to date with the latest consumer trends and needs.
· Upkeeping of the gallery, in line with the company’s communication and promotion strategy.
· Performing any other related ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Fine Arts and related discipline.
· Interested in Japanese culture and Arts & Crafts work.
· Proficient in Mandarin & English languages, knowledge of Japanese- language will be an advantage.
· Experience in retail and customer service.
· MS Office skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
· People orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Resourceful and able to work independently.
· Highly motivated.

Sales Promoter(Part Time)

Job Highlights:

Pleasant working environment.
2/3-day work week (Part Time).
Working Hours: 12:00am to 9:00pm (including weekend and public holiday).

Job Responsibilities:

Assist daily store operations and all sales activities in store.
Deliver quality sales service to ensure high customer satisfactions.
Gaining knowledge on products to serve customers needs.
Stock take.
Receive and check incoming stocks.

Requirements:

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Sales-driven & customer service oriented.
Ability to handle customer in a professional manner.
Proficient in English and Chinese languages.
Some retail experience.
