Ms. Yuki Nishiyama was born in 1984 in Hokkaido. She studied glass art in Toyama City Institute of Glass Art and learned as an assistant under Mr. Yoshihiko Takahashi. She became an independent artist in 2010 and started to hold solo exhibitions from 2016 onwards. Ms. Nishiyama engages in the entire process of her glass art from glassblowing, cutting, to painting. Her works feature themes of nature such as floral, fauna and landscapes. The graceful delicacy and solid vitality coexisting in the stunning pieces are overwhelmingly attractive.
