Our gallery displays and sells high-quality handmade Japanese crafts including ceramics, lacquerware, glass, textile, bamboo, wood-work and other lifestyle products. Gallery Executive(Full Time)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking for highly motivated candidate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the local and overseas team
  • Facilitating and supporting the general operations of the gallery and retail stores
  • Dealing with customers’ queries
  • Stock taking and restocking inventory
  • Upkeeping of the gallery and stores
  • Data entries and generating sales reports
  • Performing any other related ad-hoc duties.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Five days work week
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM (including Saturday)
  • Good employee remunerations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts and related discipline.
  • Singaporean or PR applicants only.
  • Interested in Japanese culture and Arts & Crafts work.
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English languages, knowledge of Japanese- language will be an advantage.
  • Experience in retail and customer service.
  • MS Office skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • People orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for bright energetic candidates who are responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and maintaining good store’s appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • – Interested in Japan culture and Japan made hand-crafted products
  • – Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
  • – Bilingual in spoken Chinese and English
  • – MS office skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • – Advantage to have retail experience at luxury product store or gallery

  • Gaining knowledge on products to serve customers needs.
  • Stock take.
  • Receive and check incoming stocks.

Requirements:

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
