JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams across all branches to handle sales inquiries, customer orders, exhibition coordination, shipping logistics, and inventory management. You will also provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and visitors at our gallery.

REQUIREMENTS

・Diploma or degree holder in art or design related studies
・Interested in Japan culture and Japan made hand-crafted products
・Singaporean or Permanent Resident status only
・MS office skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
・Prior experience in luxury retail or gallery settings is a plus
・Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster a loyal customer base
・Manage inquiries via email, mobile apps, and social media platforms
・Support day-to-day gallery operations and ensure seamless execution
・Maintain a clean and organized gallery space that reflects our brand image
・Perform other retail/gallery-related tasks as needed to drive business success

・8 to 9 hours per day (Including 1 hour paid break)

REQUIREMENTS

・Interested in Japan culture and Japan made hand-crafted products
・Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
・Bilingual in spoken Chinese and English
・Prior retail experience
・Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain a client base
・Detail-oriented and able to keep the display counter clean and tidy
・Able to perform ad-hoc retail duties as needed
