HULS Gallery Rewards Program Terms of Use

Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the HULS Gallery Rewards program (hereinafter referred to as “HULS Gallery Rewards”) provided by HULS Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), establishing the relationship between the Company and its members (as defined in Article 2).

Article 2: Membership
A “Member” is an individual who agrees to these Terms, completes the membership application by providing personal information (name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, etc.) on the Company’s designated membership registration page, and is approved by the Company. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to apply. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications without explanation.

Members are entitled to benefits and rewards as specified by the Company, subject to change without prior notice.

Article 3: Validity of Membership
Membership commences upon completing the Company’s registration process (hereinafter referred to as “Enrolment Date”). Unless a Member requests to withdraw or the Company indicates otherwise, membership will automatically renew annually.

Article 4: Services
Members can use services defined in the Company’s service guide, including HULS Gallery Rewards, email newsletters, and services provided at Company stores (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). Members may purchase products sold by the Company are on the HULS Gallery Singapore Online Store store.huls.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as “Online Store”) and physical stores at Duxton Hill and Millenia Walk. Services vary by membership tier and category.

Article 5: Termination of Membership
Membership terminates upon withdrawal as specified in Article 6, upon the death of the Member, or upon cancellation for any reason during the specified validity period.

Article 6: Withdrawal
Members may withdraw from HULS Gallery Rewards at any time by notifying the Company and
completing the designated procedures. Upon withdrawal, Members lose their membership and the right to use the Services. Reapplication requires completing the Company’s specified process, which the Company may refuse or cancel without explanation.

Article 7: Cancellation of Membership
The Company may cancel membership without notice if a Member:
1. Violates or is likely to violate these Terms or other specified conditions.
2. Provides false information during registration.
3. Is deemed unable to receive normal services from communication or service providers.
4. Cannot be contacted using the registered information.
5. Engages or is likely to engage in prohibited acts specified in Article 19.
6. Other circumstances deemed necessary by the Company.

Article 8: Membership Card
Members will receive a digital membership card through rewards.huls.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as “Application”). The card becomes valid upon registration completion. Members must manage their card, email address, and password securely and present the card upon service use. Members bear responsibility for any damage from misuse.

Article 9: No Transfer of User Identity
Members cannot lend, transfer, or loan their identity. The Company is not liable for loss or damage incurred from such actions, which Members bear full responsibility for, including legal costs.

Article 10: Earn and Use of Points
Points are earned from purchases at the physical stores at Duxton Hill, Millenia Walk, and Online Store, excluding other locations. Sales and/or discounted items and registration fees for event participation are not eligible for earning points. Points are valid for 365 days from crediting and cannot be transferred or combined across accounts. Unused points expire without prior notice.

Article 11: Tier Structure
Membership tier is determined by the total purchase amount within a 12-month period from the date of qualification or renewal. Points will be awarded subject to the conditions set forth by the Company.

Article 12: Redemption of In-Store Digital Voucher with Points
Members may redeem and use their in-store digital vouchers upon request during their purchase at physical HULS Gallery locations. Our staff will assist with the redemption process. Please note that vouchers cannot be stacked, and each voucher is valid for a single transaction only. Terms and conditions apply.

Article 13: Redemption of Online Store Digital Voucher with Points
Members may redeem digital vouchers for online store through the Application, with points deducted immediately. Vouchers are valid for 365 days from issue and expire without notice if unused. No stacking of vouchers. Each voucher can only be used in a single transaction. Terms and conditions for voucher usage apply.

Article 14: Cancellation of Points
Points shall be invalidated or canceled, in whole or in part, automatically or by the Company at its sole and absolute discretion, in cases including but not limited to:
• The Company verifies that the information supplied by the Member contains any untrue,
incorrect, or unlawful content.
• The Member earned points by any inappropriate or unlawful means.
• The Member breaches the Terms of Use.
• The Member’s account is deleted.
• Other cases where the Company, at its sole and absolute discretion, deems it appropriate to
cancel or invalidate the points granted to the Member.

Article 15: Gift Card
HULS Gallery Gift Cards are available in denominations of $30, $50, and $100. These cards can be purchased through our membership portal at rewards.huls.com.sg. Gift cards can only be redeemed at the Duxton Hill and Millenia Walk stores. Gift cards are not usable for Online Store purchases. Terms and conditions for gift card usage apply.

Article 16: Termination of Use
By terminating the use of the Application and the Service, the Member waives any right to claim any entitlements, unused rewards, and/or compensation against the Company. Even after account deletion, public content may remain viewable and may not be completely deleted from the Company’s records or backups.

Article 17: Changes or Abolition of Services
The Company may change or abolish all or part of the Services due to operational circumstances of HULS Gallery Rewards. In such cases, the Company will notify Members by the designated methods and the changes will take effect from the date specified in the notice. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by such changes.

Article 18: Changes in Registered Information
Members must update their registered information promptly through the Application. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to update information.

Article 19: Prohibited Acts
Members must not engage in the following acts when using the Services:

1. Violating any provision of these Terms or conditions specified by the Company.
2. Conducting business activities, providing information for profit, personal solicitation, or similar
activities through the Services.
3. Lending or transferring the Membership Card to third parties or similar acts.
4. Transferring the right to use the Services to third parties or similar acts.
5. Falsifying information to apply for Service use.
6. Causing or threatening to cause disadvantage to the Company, contractors, or third parties.
7. Violating laws or public order and morals or likely to do so.
8. Other acts that disrupt the order of HULS Gallery Rewards or are deemed inappropriate by
the Company.

If a Member engages in prohibited acts, the Company may take legal action, including claiming
damages (including attorney’s fees and litigation costs).

Article 20: Disclaimer
In case of disputes between a Member and service providers or other third parties, the Member shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage caused by actions of service providers (excluding the Company). Members bear full
responsibility for their actions when using the Services and the results, regardless of their own
negligence. The Company does not guarantee the legality or appropriateness of services provided by service providers (excluding the Company).

The Application may contain links or connections to third party websites, plug-ins or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, security, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites. The Member’s access and use of third-party websites, plug-ins or services is at his/her own risk. The Member agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of or in connection with his/her use of any third-party website, plug-in or service.

Article 21: Outsourcing of Operations
The Company may outsource part of the operations of HULS Gallery Rewards to external parties
(hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) and may provide Contractors with the necessary Member information for the operation of HULS Gallery Rewards, which Members consent to in advance.

Article 22: Handling of Personal Information
The Company handles the personal information of Members (including former Members) in
accordance with these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy posted on its website. The Company collects and uses Members’ personal information for the purposes defined in the Privacy Policy and for the operation of HULS Gallery Rewards (including the Online Store) and related services, including responding to enquiries.

Article 23: Changes to Terms
The Company may change all or part of these Terms due to operational circumstances of HULS
Gallery Rewards. Changes take effect when notified to Members by the method designated by the Company. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Article 24: Refusal of Service Use
The Company may refuse Members’ use of the Services if they violate or are likely to violate these Terms or if deemed inappropriate by the Company.
