In 2014, Mitsuhiro Inokura, the 11th generation of the Inokura farmer’s family, opened “Suisui” to share the charm of tea. His childhood spent amidst the tea factory inspired his belief in tea’s ability to unite people, shaping his way of life. Inokura prioritizes eco-friendly practices, using organic fertilizers and spring water to produce tea with a distinct flavor, attracting admirers from around the world. He believes in the Japanese hospitality embodied by Yamato-cha, fostering a community of tea enthusiasts who spread their fascination globally. Currently, his tea graces the menus of esteemed establishments such as luxury hotels in Japan, THE O DOR in Paris, and the Bulgari Hotel in Milan. Through his lifelong dedication to tea, Inokura continues to bring people together, spreading joy and happiness.
